Refund Policy

At BearyCreative.com, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange your products within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or returned damaged.

To make a return, simply email us at hello@BearyCreative.com with your order number to get started.

Damages and Issues

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@BearyCreative.com so we can make it right!

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

While we’d love to accommodate all returns, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, we are unable to process returns for used products if you’ve simply changed your mind.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
